What is a digital painting? Does it really make the paint by hand or simply "paint" on the computer?
I know what they seem … How they do? What to take and edit pictures from the Internet? or what?
Oh, what you do is have a program on your computer, either for editing photos as Photoshop or paint to really make the team and has brushes that mimic the effects of traditional painting. To really make a painting on the team would at least blocking the colors and make mixtures with a mixing tool and translucent layers / textures on it so I guess then, most of those involved are going to have a tablet with a pen instead of a mouse to draw and the program you are using you're like … using a brush that mimics the qualities of traditional painting and what is using different opacities and stuff. Depending on what your program is painting that actually mixes colors work just as you would in real life. You I would completely from scratch. Although sometimes people draw a picture on the program. If you are editing a pre-existing photo then it is not a photomanipulation a painting.
